Our athletic trainings are meant to accommodate to athletes of all sports. Our sessions run in a variety of categories.
1 on 1 trainings

During one-on-one training sessions the athlete is given full attention for the entire hour. Every workout is designed specifically for the individual, ensuring a personalized approach that maximizes progress and results. With a dedicated coach focusing on technique, form, and goals, athletes receive the guidance and motivation needed to succeed.
Small Group trainings
Our small group training sessions are highly recommended, as they maintain the same intensity as 1 on 1 training while bringing together like-minded athletes working toward similar goals. Training in a group setting fosters motivation, teamwork, and accountability, creating an environment that pushes each athlete to excel. We highly favor friendly competition, believing it’s one of the best ways for young athletes to push their limits and reach their full potential during each session!
Team Trainings

Our team training sessions are designed to mimic NCAA-level team workouts, focusing on the sport at hand and also the individual athletes that the team consists of. We mainly incorporate plyometrics, explosiveness, core strength and speed/agility to build a strong athletic foundation. By following the same training principles used at the collegiate level, we help athletes enhance their performance, reduce injury risk, and develop the power and endurance needed to excel in their sport.
